"How to determine the initial state of the virtual reference system"

The report   Initial-State  presents two method for the determination of the initial state of the virtual reference system in dependence upon the agent properties and the communication structure. It considers agents with individual dynamics and generalises the known result that identical agents follow a synchronous trajectory that starts in the weighted sum of the initial states of all agents.
